Homeowners are responsible for electric, natural gas and water service. Electric service is provided by Ameren Missouri, and they can be reached at (314) 342-1111. Natural gas service is provided by Spire Energy, and they can be reached at (800) 887-4173. Water service is provided by Missouri-American Water, and they can be reached at (866) 430-820.

The association is responsible for electric service for the common areas and sewer services. Electric service is provided by Ameren Missouri. Sewer is provided by Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District.  Please note there is an individual sewer bill for every unit. This has sometimes led to homeowners and title companies changing the sewer bill into the homeowner’s name. Please don’t do this.

Trash service is provided by Republic Services through the City of Maryland Heights. Republic Services can be reached at (636) 947-5959. Because this service is administered by the city, we are unable to help with trash service related issues. You must contact Republic Services directly.
