A. Jenning Properties, Inc. is a real estate brokerage and property management firm providing services to community associations, such as homeowners associations and condominiums, in the St. Louis Metropolitan Area. As a company that operates on a small scale by design, we provide the hands-on approach and urgency in handling our clients’ needs one expects when working with a small business. We also invest in software and technology among the best in the business, allowing us to offer all of the same conveniences and advantages of our larger competitors. As a part of our mission to provide Excellence in Community Association Management, it is not among our goals to become one of the largest or fastest growing companies to provide these services. Our goal is instead to earn our reputation for doing the job better than anyone else can for the select few clients we serve.
ABOUT ADAM JENNING
President & Community Manager
Adam Jenning is the founder and namesake of the company. His career in property management began in 2005, with exclusive focus on homeowners and condominium associations beginning in 2014. Adam is the licensed Missouri real estate broker for A. Jenning Properties as a brokerage, holds the Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA) certification by the Community Association Managers International Certification Board (CAMICB) and the Association Management Specialist (AMS) designation through the Community Associations Institute.
ABOUT KRISTA JENNING
Vice President & General Manager
Krista Jenning joined A. Jenning Properties in 2023 and serves as its Vice-President and General Manager. Krista spent 11 years with a larger property management company, the latter half of which she was responsible for overseeing companywide day-to-day operations and a staff of around 50 people. Krista now serves in a similar capacity with A. Jenning Properties, overseeing the daily operations of the company as a whole and providing support and supervision for our community managers in their work with the individual communities they serve. Krista holds the Certified Apartment Portfolio Supervisor (CAPS) certification through the National Apartment Association and is experienced in the management of a variety of property types ranging from storage facilities to golf courses.
ABOUT ADAM FELMLEE
Community Manager & Maintenance Director
Adam Felmlee joined A. Jenning Properties in 2021 and serves as a Community Manager. Adam brings years of prior experience in community association management in a career that has also included overseeing the daily operations of a mechanical plumbing and HVAC company. Adam brings an advanced knowledge of building systems and construction, and separately from his work with A. Jenning Properties is a certified inspector by the American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI).
ABOUT MARK McGOURTY
Community Manager
Mark McGourty joined A. Jenning Properties in 2022 and serves as a Community Manager. Mark has years of prior experience in community association management and multifamily rental property management, including ownership and management of his own private portfolio of rental properties. Mark’s past experience includes ownership in his family’s custom home-building business where he specialized in supervision and hands-on work with electrical.
ABOUT ZYRA HEINTZ
Property Operations Coordinator
Zyra Heintz joined A. Jenning Properties in 2026 and serves as Property Operations Coordinator. Zyra supports our team working remotely from France, and has years of experience working in property management specifically in a remote role. As our only staff member who doesn’t work out in the field, she is available during all business hours to assist homeowners, board members and vendors with matters that may not require speaking directly with a property manager, and she provides follow-up with vendors and homeowners to ensure full, timely and satisfactory completion of maintenance requests.
