The loss assessment can’t be paid online. The Resident Center can only process transactions up to $500. Because the loss assessments are much higher than $500 limit, this payment must be made by check to the lockbox. This can be paid by personal check or a payment from your bank’s online bill pay platform using the instructions from our July 17, 2025 letter.
