The pool is under the control of Wood Lake Residents Association, which you are also a member of by being a Wood Lake Condominiums homeowner, but our management company doesn’t work with Wood Lake Residents Association. Is the clubhouse available to rent for private parties and events?
Yes, but we do not facilitate this.
