PAY BY CHECK
Paper checks should always be mailed with a payment coupon, as the coupon includes all of the necessary information for the bank to properly process your check. Mailing a check without a coupon can cause delays or errors in processing. If you never received a payment coupon booklet or you’ve misplaced yours, you can request a new one by completing the form below. The books take approximately 3 days to produce and are mailed from North Carolina, so please allow sufficient time for printing and mailing.
PAY BY BANK ONLINE BILL PAY
The information you need to make payments via your bank’s online bill pay platform is below. Please be advised these are not true electronic transactions. Your bank will mail a check on your behalf, and it is subject to the same delays and variances in delivery timeframes a normal check would be. Please also be advised, depending on your bank’s policy, the payment may appear to be “cleared” in your account before or whether or not it was actually received. For true electronic transactions, you must use the Resident Center.
