When is trash collected, and when should my trash carts be put to the curb?
The usual trash collection day is Monday. Trash cans can go to the curb after 5 PM on Sundays (the night before pickup) and must be returned to the garage by midnight Monday (the day of pickup). Republic Services observes 14 holidays (schedule on Republic Services website), which delays trash pickup by one day if your services falls on or after the day of the holiday.
