You almost never need to submit an architectural request to replace the condenser unit for your air conditioning condenser unit. While the new unit may look different from the old one, this is not a matter of aesthetic concern. The only exception is if lines must be run to new locations, the outside breaker box must go in a new location, or the building must be altered in some other fashion. If you have a condenser on the ground and wish to mount it to the building off the ground, that would definitely require a request to be submitted. By in almost all cases, you do not need permission from the association to change your air conditioning condenser.
If your contractor insists upon a permission letter, call us at (314) 380-3100 or email us at service[AT]ajenning.com and we will gladly provide one. Replace the [AT] with the @ symbol when emailing. We publish email addresses online using [AT] instead of @ to prevent bots from scanning for email addresses and prevent spam.
Homeowners can coordinate this through Waste Management directly, whether through their website at www.wm.com or by calling (800) 964-8988. It is not necessary to register for an account to schedule a bulk pick-up.
No. There are never lifeguards or attendants on duty. You swim at your own risk at all times, and children age 17 and under are never permitted at the pool without an adult present.
Due to St. Louis County Health Department regulations for what are considered public water recreation facilities, smoking within the pool area is prohibited. You will need to step outside of the pool area to smoke.
The county classifies condominium swimming pools as public water recreation facilities. The fact that condominiums are technically a private entity is a matter of semantics, and does not relieve us of the requirement to have this prohibition in place.
Yes, alcohol is permitted, but drink responsibly. Violation of pool rules and generally unsafe or disruptive behavior due to intoxication can result in penalties, including temporary or permanent revocation of pool access privileges.
Glass containers of any kind are prohibited for safety reasons. Providing alcohol to minors can lead to both revocation of pool privileges and a report to law enforcement.
Yes. The restrooms are accessible using a separate key. All owners were provided a copy of the key when the card system was installed in 2023. If you are a new homeowner, the key should have been given to you by the seller. If you need a replacement key, there is a cost of $10. This can be added to your account to be paid with your next monthly payment, and does not require payment in advance.
The total combination of permanent residents and guests for a given household is restricted to a maximum of 6 during off-peak times and 2 during peak times. Peak times are defined as weekends and the holidays of Memorial Day, Independence Day and Labor Day. A permanent resident age 18 or older must be present with guests at all times. Children 17 and under are never to be left unaccompanied, especially as there is no lifeguard on duty.
The pool is accessed via an electronic lock system for which you will need to present a keycard. If you are a new homeowner, the previous homeowner should have left this card for you. If they did not, we can deactivate the one on file and send you a new one, but there is a cost of $10 for a replacement card. This charge does not need to be paid upon delivery and can be included with your next monthly assessment if you prefer.
Likewise, if you are an existing homeowner and your card was lost or damaged, there is also a $10 replacement charge, which can be added to your account and paid with your next monthly assessment.
Only one active card at a time is issued per household.
No, it is not possible to reserve the pool at any time for private use. Additionally, if you reserve the clubhouse for a private party or event, you and your guests are prohibited from use of the pool on that particular day.
