The maximum capacity is 75 people.
What is the cost to rent the clubhouse?
The cost is a $75 non-refundable fee to help defray maintenance costs, and a $100 refundable deposit. As long as the clubhouse is left clean and free of damage, your deposit check can either be mailed back to you or destroyed.
