Dear Adam Jenning,
If you’re reading this, something in my letter probably rang true for you. My assumptions were a very educated guess.
I’ve worked for a handful of property management companies dating back to 2005, including 3 of the largest community association management companies in the St. Louis area. Each of these community management companies had their pros and cons, but they all operated in fundamentally the same fashion, and this led to some seemingly universal problems. If you’ve ever been dissatisfied with a management company and made a change only to have similar struggles with your new management, you know what I mean.
When I started my own company I set out to find a way to right these common wrongs. As you read in my letter, I’m personally and directly responsible for all of the needs of the communities I manage. It’s an approach similar to attorneys, accountants, insurance agents and others working in small firms. By avoiding departmental disconnects and stretching staff to their maximum capacity like other management companies, I believe I can deliver upon Excellence in Community Association Management with a level of customer service, timeliness, thoroughness and accuracy in my work that my larger competitors simply aren’t capable of matching.
But how does this approach compare to what you’re used to, and why is it superior? Read on to find out or click the button below to request a quote for your community now!
