The United States Postal Service fully owns, maintains and administers all mailboxes within your community for the condominiums. The association isn’t even provided with a map of which mailboxes belong to which person. Whether your mailbox requires new keys, maintenance, or you’re new and need to find out which one is yours, you will need to speak with the postal service at their location at 613 Big Bend Rd, Manchester, MO 63021.

If you live in one the duplex homes, you are responsible for your own mailbox maintenance, repair and replacement as needed.
