How do I access the pool?
The pool is under the control of Stone Ridge Estates Homeowners Association, which despite the similar name has no affiliation with the condominiums. However, the HOA does allow condominium owners to use the pool if they pay an annual fee to help facilitate the maintenance. You will need to reach out to their property management for details. Is the clubhouse available to rent for private parties and events?
No. The clubhouse belongs to Stone Ridge Estates Homeowners Association, and although a similar name, there is no formal affiliation with the condominiums. That clubhouse belongs to their association and they do not allow condominium owners to use it.
