Montclair Master Association presides over all of the various Montclair associations, including yours, and is responsible for the upkeep of common grounds owned and shared jointly by all Montclair homeowners. You do pay an assessment to them, but not separately. It is included in your monthly assessment you pay to us. Once per month, we send one payment on behalf of all 138 townhome homeowners to Montclair Master Association for everyone’s portion of that assessment.
